Ege is the Managing Director of NMS and advisor to the board of Newport Group responsible for overall direction, strategy and funding. He was previously the founder and Managing Partner of Titanium Capital. Ege has also worked for Deutsche Bank's financing business for over a decade. He has deep knowledge of and experience in mergers & acquisitions as well as all financing from common equity to senior debt as well as secured and unsecured transactions. Over his finance career, Ege has raised over USD110 billion through 150+ transactions for institutional funds, financial institutions, corporates, UHNWIs, sovereigns and SWFs.
